In accordance with Attorney General Law Enforcement Directive No. 2021-5

The Body Worn Camera (BWC) will be worn by uniformed officers assigned to the Patrol Division while performing patrol-related duties. The BWC shall be positioned on the outer clothing and placed within the upper torso/chest area ensuring the BWC recording capability is not obstructed.
